We took a long time trying to figure out what type of window covering to use to cover our non-standard door window when we moved into a new house. We didn't want people being able to walk up to our house and look right in, but we didn't want to drill into our wood door either. We have had this door curtain for about a month now, and we are very pleased. I did not have a lot of confidence that the sticky strip would hold, but it has with no evidence of letting up. We roll up the curtain every morning, and we let it down every evening. It looks kind of blah when it's down, but I prefer that to the possibility of people looking at me while I watch tv. As far as light-blocking, they block most of the light. We weren't looking for black-out or anything, but I do know that the room is significantly darker when this shade is down. One of the reviews I had read said that the tie-up straps are visible from the outside of the house. I was nervous that I would think it looks tacky, but I never notice it since I come in through the garage. I do know that they are visible, but it's a small price to pay for privacy.

I’m a college student and live in a rental that didn’t have blinds for my windows. It’s very easy to put up, took maybe 2 minutes. Also in the morning i like to roll them up to let in the light, easy, takes 15 seconds. And easy to let them down. They really limit light coming into my room and provide privacy because my bedroom faces a street. A little bit of light comes in but nothing that could wake you.Photos were taken at 8:30 am, my room faces north so I don’t get direct sunlight.

I didn't star the first, because it's not sheer! 3 stars for light weight, because it's not...I'd say medium weight...perfect!!! So i was skeptical at first to order this, with only velcro. Let me tell you...had to read the directions a few times; (don't think, easier than it seems but directions could be clearer) but was very easy to put up over the back door. Staying in place very nicely!! Fit perfectly as well. Why i got it....well, I have a new neighbor that doesn't have any boundaries. Now, I can put this curtain (which it is black-out) down & lock the door so she won't be at the back door staring at me while I'm making supper. Working well. It is also very stylish, especially when rolled up. I believe I just might order more!!! Best purchase I've made in a long time. Hope it's continued to be made well, and strong. great curtain!

I bought this curtain to block the window in our front door. It is velcro and is easy to put up. The velcro is strong. It's also hidden from view so you can't see it when the curtain is up. The quality of the curtain was better than I expected. I've had this a few months now and it's not slipped at all. It is still working great. I would recommend.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money and I didn't want anything complicated. And didn't need anything that looked fancy. These are simple, yet effective. They block out most of the light, keep people from staring in your windows, look decent, were easy to install, and not much of a hassle to roll up.

These are so easy to install I bought 3 sets. They block out light well and for the price I was pretty pleased. I haven't tried to steam them to get the lines out but I'm sure that's possible. Have held up we'll for a couple months now.

I never imagined that velcro curtains could work so well. I moved into a new home where the front door faces the stairway going upstairs. I hated that it was wide open on both sides because I felt like I was in a fish bowl. These went up so incredibly easy, look nice and are exactly what I needed.

Bought this for my front door to use as a blackout curtain and make it so people can’t see in. It works so well to blackout light and I like that I can put it up as I want to see outside. Velcro was easy to apply. I bought one for my garage door as well!

This curtain is amazing.very easy to install. very thick, blocks all light and cold from the window. I have not quite figured out how to lift the curtain in the straps and make it look nice because of the thickness of the material it stays pretty rigid and doesn't hang like I expected. I still love it and will figure out how to hang it nicely. if I had more windows that size I would definitely buy more.

This is truly blackout as no light enters. However, the tape separates and the adhesive side stuck on the surface and the remainder of the tape on the curtain so, the curtain keeps falling down. I used all of the tape and still doesn't work. Now the surface is sticky with adhesive and its peeling off the surface when I try to remove it. I reached out to the seller and even after 6 days, no response. Worst service ever.

I like the blind but it was missing the Velcro strip that attaches to the door. Email company with no response. Went and brought a piece from Canadian tire but not happy that I had to spend more money
