We have used the Grey merlino wool support socks for many months and have appreciated their support and comfort. Not a soft touch after washing in a normal, warm temp wash and drying on low but the support was good and comfortable, even all summer long for us as temperatures hit 90 and above. The socks were fine at that temperature but we weren't.After using the gray ones that long I ordered my wife some pink ones. We were surprised that the sock profile was different on the Pink.They were shorter by 2 inches, which was the first thing my wife complained about, then that the calf dimension was significantly larger and did not have the same support or compression as the gray socks did. She still wears them but wishes they had the same length as the gray support sock.

I took a shot in the dark on these beautiful merino wool compression socks and couldn’t be happier and believe you will too. I wear compression socks for health reasons and these 15-20 in spoof feeling comfortably loose do the job just fine and I never experience swollen calf’s. I was looking for a merino wool compression sock to get away from the stinky synthetic brands that besides making my feet stink worst than when I was a teenager made my feet and calf’s uncomfortable by the days end.PROS. ARE INCREDIBLY SOFT AND ARE A NICE THICKNESS THAT DON’T REQUIRE A SECOND SOCK LIKE THE SYNTHETIC BRANDS.1. HEAVY DUTY MERINO WOOL (40%) THAT STAY UP ALL THE WAY TO THE KNEE THAT ARE EASY TO PUT ON MUCH UNLIKE THE OTHERS.2. DO NOT CAUSE YOUR FEET TO STINK AFTER A LONG DAY.3. EASY CARE, I JUST THROW THEM IN WITH THE REST OF MY WASH AND DRY ON LOW AND THEY COME OUT LIKE NEW, NO WORRIES.4. IN MY CASE I HAD A SMALL ISSUE AND THE SELLER RESPONDED QUICKLY AND WAS MORE THAN GENEROUS WITH HIS REMIDY TO CARE FOR MY PROBLEM.5. I REALLY DO LOOK FORWARD TO PUTTING THESE ON AND YOU WON’T NEED THE ASSIST TOOL FOR GETTING THEM ON.CONS: None that I have found and I am just now buying my 4th pair and will be we these through out the winter and perhaps the summer.I am so satisfied with these socks that I took the time to write this review which I don’t usually do so I hope you try these and unless you need the 20-30 rated compression socks you will be as pleased as I am with these socks, my only worry is they will be to heavy for the hot weather and I may have to go back to my old stinky synthetic socks but thus far my feet show no sign of sweating after being in a athletic shoe all day and I am a walker, up to a couple of miles a day. I have now purchased 6 pair of these to enable me to wear them full time. BUY THESE SOCKS!

I wear these socks year round. I think they keep my feet cooler in my boots in hot weather working in Texas heat. They are thick and cushy in the foot. They are great ski socks too. My grandkids and their parents are always happy to get new ones.

I used these on a ski trip to Vail. They fit well, but I should have gotten a medium for my shoe size 11.

I like that these socks have wool in them. They have a nice thickness and good amout of padding. My feet still sweat in them some and then feel cold for the rest of the day. That's the nature if synthetic fibers. But not as bad as regular ski socks in that regard.The compression benefits are great. I would definitely prefer these to regular ski socks any day.
