PetSafe Staywell 200 Cat Flap - Replacement Flap

The previous cat flap had been in place a long time until it was head butted by a fractious cat trying to escape through an in-only locked flap. I’m sure the new one will last just as long. Thanks for selling them separately.

What happened is that my daughter was cat/dog-sitting and accidentally locked the trapdoor when one of the cats was out. It was very cold outside (cats want to go out even if it`s -20 here) and the "beast" was a really big one, so he managed to destroy the flap to get back inside. These doors are quite expensive in norway, about 40-60 gbp...Happily for us we found this replacement flap on the net, really cheap, and, incredibly, it arrived in only 3-4 days.We have the same trapdoor home, between the bathroom (warm) and the hall (cold), and it never broke, even if we have to lock the cats inside sometimes and they do try to get out. So it was really an odd accident, the product is good.

Instructions could have been a little bit more in depth. Wasn’t easy to get it into the outer piece.However once in it looks so much better and is just as it was when we first got the cat flap.

Fitted in seconds and the cats happy to peer out a clear window rather than the manky broken old one

Quite easy to install replacing the previous cat flap. My cats/kitties go in/out whenever they like, at any time they wish!. They love it. Also, these flaps withstand a great deal of wear and tear and they last quite a long time. Think the original cat flap lasted 15years and many cats!

Fits perfectly saved having to install a complete new one

It does what it needs to do. It is over priced though. You can get it cheaper elsewhere but I didn’t realise until after I bought this one

My cats can be a little to energetic with the cap flap. We have them flying out of it, playing “don’t touch the sides. We have “cat flap wars” where they dont let the other in or out and instead bat it back at the other one.This is now my 2nd replacement flap. But with tap on a broken one they suddenly become very afraid of this new sticky crap covering a crack.Perhaps i should order a spare just in case.Decent price fast delivery fitted easy. Thanks

Puntualità e imballaggio come al solito impeccabili. Unica nota negativa è dovuta dal difficile montaggio perché la porticina rischia davvero di rompersi essendo semplicemente a incastro. Bisogna quindi forzare. Istruzioni incomprensibili. Nonostante ciò sono riuscita a montarla e l'articolo adesso è pari al nuovo.

Nachdem mein Kater durch die alte Tür durchgesprungen ist, war mit dieser Klappe schnell Ersatz da und lies sich leicht montieren.

Die Ersatzklappe passt perfekt...besser als die Originale ...Werde bei Bedarf jedenfalls wieder eine Klappe so kaufen. Bin sehr zufrieden. Danke

Die Katzenklappe macht bei uns einiges mit (drei Hunde), hat aber jetzt drei Jahre gehalten. Die Ersatzklappe passt perfekt, hoffe sie hält ebenso lange.

für ein recht simples Verschleissteil aus Plastik, zumal die Tür ja schon nicht gerade günstig war.Ansonsten alles ok - Ersatzklappe sitzt wie die Vorgängerin und erfreut sich grosser Akzeptanz beim lieben Haustier.Vorteil bei dieser Klappe ist, dass sie zum einen relativ gross und zudem transparent ist, was meiner Katze vergnügte Momente hinter der Klappe lauernd beschert.
