This book was not much more than a rehash of information easily found in Wikipedia. It was a waste of money. The phrase "and finding a cure"in the subtitle was completely misleading. I regret purchasing such a shoddy work. I do not understand how previous reviews found it at all helpful and am sorry that I based my purchase on their opinions.

Some new information in here, but not a lot for anyone with a little medical background or who has been to an allergist for the problem. The book seemed like it should have had an editor as there were so many grammatical errors in it that it seemed like someone unfamiliar with English syntax had translated it from a foreign language. For someone new to this issue, however, basic information was beneficial and they could do more research either on the internet or in other publications. I couldn't find any information on the author.
