Q: Are the dimensions (on rectangle shade) measured from D-ring to D-ring?

Actually the corners come to about an extra three inches... so my 12’ shade is 12’6” d ring to d ring... Measure twice and drill once !!

Q: I want 12' of post above ground. should i use wood 4x4's or steel poles? how deep? how wide on hole 4 cement? thanks!

Highly recommend this shade sale my first I purchased was three years ago it still looks like new I leave it up in the winter summer spring fall it stands up well to High-winds hail snow rain anyway I’m not for sure about the warranty I think they say they’ll last you know 5+ years And I might be wrong on that but I can tell you that mine still look new I have recently purchased my second one this year and my first one I bought over three years ago still looks as new as the one I bought this year so as to who you would contact with issues it would be the The merchant that you brought it from. Good luck and I hope you decide to purchase one.
