No funciona en Mexico
Después de muchas horas desperdiciadas tratando de instalarla logre que soporte técnico de Yale me dijera que no puedo usar esta cerradura fuera de USA (y Canadå) y que es imposible instalarla si estoy en Mexico. Todo esto es tema de software disponible en los diferentes app stores y nada tiene que ver con el hardware por supuesto que es una simple cerradura.

Got it working in Australia
Seems to work fine for me in Australia, although I do have the ability to download US App Store apps as I used to live there and have an account still - has anyone tried creating an account in the US App Store? Another thing to try: I noticed that the app is exactly the same as the app used by my August door lock - in fact when I added the lock to the Yale Access app, it also added it to the August lock app and both work interchangeably - might be work try as a back door hack.

Doesnât work in Australia
We installed this lock and then found out it doesnât work in Australia. Total waste of time and money.

Not compatible with UK Yale home app. US only. Be warned!!
Do not be fooled into purchasing in the UK.Device may be fine in US & Canada but will not work in the UK.Yale support confirmed Yale Home App will not work with this lock, only the American version which is not downloadable in the UK.

A fine lock, that doesn't work in AU or NZ
This lock is not able to be used outside of the United States. It requires the use of a separate Yale Access app which is only available on the US app stores, so to make it work you need to either permanently switch your location with Apple/Google to the US; or hack it once (hard to do) and not get updates (not ideal for a security product).Amazon really shouldn't be selling this to customers outside of the US; but fair play they accepted my return and refunded me with no issue.
