A lot better quality than I expected and have already started using them for salt herb mixes I made.

They're fine. I knew what I was buying as I previously bought some from IKEA. I have a small kitchen so I use them to hold vitamins and supplements on side of fridge so they do not take up cupboard/counter space. They work fine for this purpose. Would not recommend to hold powder spices, they open to easily and do not lock into pace.

Good jars but with a tendency to spill out when opening.
These are overall good jars. They are aesthetically pleasing and often receive comments from visitors to my kitchen. My one issue is that as they sit vertically, the contents rests in part on the lid. This doesn't seem a problem with all spices/blends (eg garam masala, salt are fine) but for others (eg tumeric) this means that when you open the jar to spoon some of the spice/blend into the recipe, an amount ends up on the counter, spilling out as dust. This happens regardless of how much I tap on the lid before hand.Not a major issue, but it's worth bearing in mind that you may have to wipe down the counter tops after every use. If this doesn't sound like something you want to be doing, I'd recommend the similar jars to these that sit horizontally, therefore avoiding this problem.
