I had an old laptop and a pc and it worked on both and wifi signal reception and speed is better to a certain level after using , and i can confirm it is better than default inbuilt ones on old devices but wont be better than latest devices. still does its job well its reliably

This is one inexpensive and compact adapter that does the job just fine. You simply plug it in, wait until Windows recognizes it and installs any necessary drivers, and you're good to go. No need to head to the official website to install drivers or fiddle with it, granted that you're running Windows 10 and above. I didn't try it with any other operating systems, so I can't tell my experience there.Do not expect crazy fast speeds - it is a modest adapter. Do not expect also crazy reliability as it may cut off for a few seconds and reconnect, especially after sleep or hibernation. It was good enough to supply my PC with WiFi and reliable enough so that I may remotely connect to and control my PC.

I have 600 Mbps and i am using the 5 Ghz sp i tested my speed on my iphone and the result 500 MbpsAnd tried the same on my inbuilt in wifi 2.4 Ghz and the speed is 160 Ghz so i oreded the external usb wifi to support the 5 Ghz to receive more speed but it is the same built-in wifi the same speeddSo i go dissatisfied and regert to order

Quality is good but range qualities not well I think the range and Wi-Fi speed or hotspot speed need to more improve
