A great tool to have ! This tool is a must for anyone that cares about safety with their own vehicles, it will show you if your brake fluid needs to be replaced especially if you have a car older than 4 years , very easy to use , just open the brake fluid master cylinder , where you add the fluid , turn on the pen type tester and insert it into the fluid and the lights will show you if there is moisture build up and how much , a safety factor for stopping your vehicle!

I had button falling off, the battery cover doesn't seat correctly but it's cheap. As long as it's accurate, and it appears to be. My brake fluid is 1 year old and this showed 2% which sounds about right. Brand new fluid showed <1%.

Cheap quality does not work well either

Worked great but I use a twist tie to keep the battery cover in place. Great product at a great price. Ashamed they didn’t spend a little more time designing the battery cover, still a great deal even with this defect.

Cheap enough not to complain.
