Broken glassess
I bought this product in March 2023, I don't have any problem with the product but unfortunately, the crystal glass is broken, can I get the replacement glasses?

Bellissimo lampadario, grande, luminoso e con tre diversi colori di luce ( naturale,bianca e calda) l’unica pecca i cristalli non sono tutti alla stessa altezza. Forniti 12 cristalli in più per lunghezza .

Kristalle nicht kompatibel!!!
The media could not be loaded. Ich habe den Kronleuchter schon in länglich und habe dann auch den kleinen bestellt.Nach Aufbau ist uns leider aufgefallen, dass die Kristalle nicht in die vorgesehenen Löcher passen!! Die Löcher sind zu klein!

Très déçu
Trop de pièces de cristal sont très très mal découpées. Les encoches ne sont pas alignées et lorsqu'on a mis l'épingle et posé la pièce de cristal sur le cercle, elle est tordu (photos). C'est très décevant. Je cherche un moyen e joindre le vendeur mais sans succès. Je ne recommande pas.
