Does not work properly with aftermarket controller
Originally I thought these controllers where sticking when at full throttle but after buying a 3rd one and trying numerous throttles I found out only a stock controller will work properly. Its fine till you get up to speed or full throttle and it stays in full power. Only way to stop is turning the on/off switch as the brakes didn't stop it.The stock twist throttle has 6 pins and there is a switch inside that turns the controller off when it returns back. I bypassed this feature to make it work and well you get locked in max speed.Replaced my aftermarket throttles with razor twist throttle that originally it came with and works perfectly.

Plug and play
Replaced the controller on my daughter's coleman 36v 4 wheeler. Everything plugged in and worked properly.

Works great - just wish there were instructions/labels on the plugs.
I originally bought an OEM 36v controller and throttle. It did not work. You would twist it all the way, and the controller would flash "low" and then the lights would go normal but the motor would not spin. I sent it back and ordered this part and an aftermarket throttle. They work great, and for less than the OEM parts!I'm knocking off one star because they don't label any of the plugs. There are two identical plugs. I think they both may be for brake switches, but i'm not sure. My unit only has one brake, so I have an extra plug. It'd be cool if it was just a 12v output. Then I could use it to wire up some lights on my daughter's little ride.

Perfect fit
I replaced mine on the MX500 and the frame was a perfect fit. Some people mentioned theirs was slightly off but mine fit perfectly. I realized that my throttle was not responding back with the Electronic Speed Controller to the motor and thought it was the throttle. I flipped a coin and bought it only because I did not have a multimeter to see if it was the throttle or speed controller, but it actually worked. Double check beforehand but my MX500 now works great.

Do not wash the bike off with a hose. Factory recommend only using a damp rag/towel LOL.
I bought 2 used Razors. I Made the mistake of washing all the mud off with a hose. This took out the MX500, and the MX650, Of course the wife says, well they are electric to which my reply was they are dirt bikes, what kind of dirt bike can not be washed off. Turns out after a while the sealant for the wires coming out of the controller fails, shrinks, cracks, bubbles allowing water in. Also the safety brake switches short out. The bikes both started working after I unplugged the brake plugs. Needless to say I ordered new batteries, controllers and throttles and sealed everything, every plug, controller and throttle. Cross your fingers.

The Control Box Works w/ 1 set back
The replacement control box does the job and works. The only known hiccup is the control box is slightly bigger than the original OEM issued control box. Only one side of the control box can be screwed on to secure the unit, but the other mounting hole is way pass the bracket mount. You will need to weld and fabricate another metal bracket to utilize both mounting screws or one side will need to be zip tied or secured in somewhat of a Mc Gyver way... LOLOther than that the... It works
