gone with the wind (best book in the world 2005)

Classic!

The media could not be loaded.  It looks nothing like what was advertised. The price for the hardcover book has dropped by about £20 since I purchased this, this is not worth £47, this was supposed to be the movie edition. It was supposed to be a gift, but I can't give this to the person now. Very disappointing and I would give it zero stars of I could.

Although this is a long book it was not a difficult book to read. The main character Scarlett O'Hats was a troubled soul who could not find happiness or true love. She did have a man whom she loved all her life but he was not one of her three husbands. She had been widowed twice in her early twenties and despite hardship civil war and much sadness she at last found true love. A family tragedy took this happiness away for it never to return. A very good enjoyable book to read. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

No cover, corners are smashed in description does not match what I received! Not thrilled!
