Best thing invented - easy to use and clean up - great for kids slumber parties!

My kids love to roast marshmallows, and they were very excited about this little hibachi. However, it is very small and not very useful. And if you have that in mind, it is kind of expensive. Because it really doesn’t work for big quantities of appetizers or something for a party and is more for just a small play.

A gift for my son who loves to toast marshmallows. Lots of fun but I do recommend that it be used OUTDOORS. Very smelly even using the gel fuel. It's great just do not use it indoors.

OK...it's cute, but that is about all. No instructions, no directions, and a lot questions. The bamboo is nice, the cast iron seems to be made well, the forks are little chintzy, and overall, what are you supposed to use as your heat source. The reservoir for any coals is the size of a marshmallow, and not a large one at that. As for smokeless, give me a break, anything you would use for a heat source will smoke...period. Cleaning the bamboo, no problems, cleaning the cast iron...not so much. Again, no directions as to what to use for your fuel source, so cleaning will certainly be interesting. It is really tiny, so I am pretty sure one marshmallow a piece is all that you will be able to char, as you will certainly NOT be able to do anything longer than that...so give up the idea of a romantic dinner for two, more like a snackette for one. Nice idea but very poorly executed.

Nice indoor Hibachi kit, or mini outdoor hibachi kit. Either way it works well.
