Climbing Out of the Ruins: Volume Five of the Zombie Terror War Series

In book 5, David Spell cranks it up a notch. You know it’s a great read when you have to put the book down in some sections to catch YOUR breath!As an Atlanta native and someone familiar with the Hendersonville area, Mr. Spell has done his homework literally all the way down to the street level. This reader is both looking forward to and dreading the last book in the series as I know this ride is coming to an end. By the series, read the series and enjoy the ride!

Another great read. With the new story lines added to each book I’m still hooked like I was in the first of this series.J. Mathews Husband to the mom of 2

Being that this is book five I didn't need a rehashing of previous exploits, over and over again,Pretty sure this book and the previous 4 could have been half as long if there wasn't so much. A recap at the beginning of each book would have been a better idea then we could choose to skip it or not. Oh and way too much god talk, if I want to be preached to I'll go to church, not. But it is a good story and I'll read half of the next one, because the other half will be all recaps and god talk and I'll need to skip over that.

Each book has drawn you in more and more. Dave Spell has managed to intertwine new story lines to keep the story fresh and the reader engaged.

I think this book in the series is the best so far. Tons of action, plenty of zombies and a little romance all rolled into one.
