Quality Concerns: Malfunctions Repeatedly
I purchased a locker from Amazon in August, but due to constraints, the installation didn't happen until October. Disappointingly, after installation, the locker has repeatedly stopped working, requiring me to call the representative twice. The representative himself acknowledged that this complaint is unusual and suggested that I should have recorded a video, as it seems to be a major motherboard issue. I believe I should be eligible for a replacement. Just yesterday, the product stopped working again, and I couldn't unlock it with the password, having to resort to using the key. I have attached a video showing the issue. I urgently need a solution. If a product requires multiple repairs within six months of installation, it raises serious concerns about its quality. I regret buying from Amazon because if it were from a physical store, I could have walked in and exchanged the product. It's disappointing to see damaged products being sold on online platforms.
