I had to order these in a pinch because I ran out of the ones my vet gave me (Monojet brand). Monojet ones my cat didn't even feel, but these are so dull that are causing my cat pain every time I stick her. I feel so bad that I am causing her discomfort during her SubQ. I noticed that Monojet ones have a sharper cut and thus go in more easily and painlessly. So if you want less pain try to find needles that have the sharpest cut possible with thin wall. Hope this helps!

been using 18G size needles for two years on my cat, decided to try a new brand, horrible not sharp enough was the worst feeling trying to get this needle through cats skin. Never again buy only TERUMO BRAND!!! Not sharp enough, dullest needles I’ve ever come across.

Works. Allows me to administer subcutaneous fluids to cat.
