I purchased the moose for my son. It does not have pockets. But it is the softest pair of pjs he owns!

Q: Is the fabric of these pjs quite thin? Is it the type that creates static or clings to you? Thanks! : )

Yes, staticky as it is fleece combination and used in winter=static, but not excessive. The fabric is neither thick nor thin. My son likes it for cold mornings and tv nights, but is too warm under blankets to sleep. Well made; the stitching has held through numerous washing.

There is a size chart in the pictures, very last picture that gives the measurements.

Q: Will it fit an 11 year old?

It really depends on the 11 year old. At 11 my grandson didn't come up to my shoulder and my sister's grandson was almost as tall as me. You may want to ask someone what size the 11 year old wears.
