Top issues
I really loved this cup, it kept my coffee hot for long periods of time but the problem is the top! While cleaning the top, I took it apart and issues trying to drink out of it after putting it back together. It completely got stuck and it will not work anymore. Can someone please help me find a replacement top!

Don't order leaks horribly the lid doesn't work right. I've sent it back and am waiting for my refund.

Dissappointed
Love the concept. Work for about a month,now the parts disconnect and it leaks. Will be contacting Stanley as its suppose to have a lifetime warranty

A cup you can't drink from.
Product looks good, but Stanley's overthinking of how to pour liquid goes to new extremes with this disappointing, riddle of a product that refuses to let water flow through it, however many times you twiddle with the stupid gadget they use to impede the flow of liquid, it refuses to operate satisfactorily. It's either broken or just badly designed, but either way it doesn't work.
