I work in a freezer and these help to keep my feet warm through the night, comfortable to walk like 20000 steps a night

Item does what it claims but soles are too thick to fit comfortably into shoes. They are ok for slippers.

I received the insoles today after ordering on Prime yesterday. They give a gentle warmth, and I must admit my feet were very cold before putting them into my slippers but have yet to wear them outdoors. They are very soft and comfy.
