Q: Will I be able to convert to the $3 PayGo plan after 7 day trial period?

No!! This SIM card is just for trial. I personally callEd Ultra mobile, wanted to buy a line but they told me that I can not use that SIM card at all. I was asked to pay $15 for another SIM card instead. Therefore, I need to return this SIM card to Amazon and get my refund as its not useful.

Q: Can I activate $3 pay as you go plan with this kit?

This is a total FRAUD How can you sell these for $19 and work for only 7 days I contacted ULtra mobile they told me it should be free pls refund my money If not I will take it up with the appropriate quarters

Q: will this work in canada?

Don't get this card!!!! I bought it and it is advertised as unlimited international. I made a less than 20 min call abroad before it said I reached my limit. Scam!!!
