The pump is cheap as is typical for these types of syrup pumps. Other than that, the flavor is consistent and makes a perfect white mocha.

Product is great. The pump broke but it worked for a while.

I use it for my coffee. It's delicious, but the spout crusts over after use, causing blockages.

I bought this to make my own Starbucks versions of the iced white mocha latte with cold foam and caramel drizzle. Well I was worried because of the other reviews but let me tell you, they must not be using it correctly. Because I am highly satisfied. When I make my drinks it takes about 7/10 pumps so the big bottle only last 3/4 weeks with another person drinking it in their drink. If you know what your doing I promise you it is worth the money and you will be satisfied!!!

the pump no longer work, and I have no way to use this bottom except to get another pump or bottle.i have a tough time trying to leave the seller a feedback.

The white chocolate is a good product but the pump was broken . It was shipped in an Amazon bag and put into another Amazon box. From what I can see it that it was shipped in the bag to where ever then put in another shipment box.
