Always arrives very quickly and packed securely. Very thankful for this company as I cannot find this salt in this size, for this price, anywhere! Love that it's always as fresh as I guess it could be lol And I never have any issues at all! Because of the amazing quality, the benefits will match I'm sure! Wish I had a way to measure it (it's benefits) myself, I'm sure there would be signs! Lol

Great, nutritional salt delivered right on time

Celtic sea salt has something like 70 or 80 trace minerals, which is good for the body. I like the way it tastes better than kosher or iodized salt. It's pricey but to me, it's worth it.

Fine ground, but not as fine as typical table salt. None-the-less I do like the coarseness level of this salt. It has a good flavor, not overbearing, and dissolves easily as expected. Since I have a reverse osmosis, 7-stage filtration system, even with the mineral filter, my water has little taste. This salt softens and flavors my water nicely. I sit in a sauna daily, so I loose water and salt from my body; this salt addition to my daily drinking water and food intake does not make my heart race or blood pressure go up like iodized salt did.

Great taste

The salt is full of minerals and takes very little to season food. Pricey, like everything else, but as long as it doesn't get priced out of the market will continue to purchase. It is good.

i just use pinches and it doesnt seem to seperate that much into single grains as regular salt, when i put on food, but it doesnt matter much when i put into a glass of water as recommended to make your cells absorb the water.
