The taste is pretty good. However…. After a few nights of using it, it started to upset my stomach. It did not help me fall asleep. The first few nights I felt like once I went to sleep I slept longer between waking up to get some water. So I was happy about that. By day 4…. Everything changed. Now it keeps me awake. I cannot sleep and at 3am I am staring at the clock. Not for me.

My everyday life is extremely active & I have struggled with high cortisol at night, making falling and staying asleep difficult. This has changed my sleep quality immensely & is something I’ll repurchase over and over again. Peak Sleep is the best!

I bought this through the direct website. I wanted to like your products. I started following Nick on Youtube right before Leadville, and I saw him at Leadville 100 (where I was crewing and pacing the female winner). I finally ordered a few items.This is going to be a very negative review of Peak Sleep. Not only does it taste pretty bad, it has little ability to get dissolved (as others mentioned), not only it doesn't put you to sleep, or keep you asleep, it actually makes me completely awake. I am not sure what mushroom quality is, but I am full - no, not dreams, more of awake vivid running pictures and thoughts. Just laying there with my eyes open. Plus it makes me go use a bathroom every hour, literally, on the hour. I have used it 10 times by now, and truly despise the fact I wasted so much money.The Field Bars (Peanut Butter Crunch) are pretty blah as well, like compressed peanut butter, it tastes ok, reminds me old school Power Bar, and while I will finish eating those somehow, there is no way I can ever take it to either a run or a backpacking trip - slimy and takes too much energy to chew on.The Electrolyte mix was the only acceptable item on the order, pretty tart for a taste, and had a good mix of salt for the run.Adjusted the rating because their customer service totally rocks! Taste wasn't great and I personally didn't notice any difference (positive or negative) in my sleep while taking this.

Costs too much tho probably won’t buy it again, the preworkouts and electrolytes you get 50 servings for $50 but here it’s only 30 servings, kind of a rip

It doesn’t exactly taste like chocolate drink, there’s something wrong with it makes it hard to drink for me. Doesn’t help with sleeping or the quality of sleep either. I really regret buying this product.
