LIFE-CHANGING BOOK AND I'M ONLY DONE DAY 1!!!
We have all been subjected to a lot of Stress since Covid and it sometimes seems like it will never stop.I've read a lot of books on Stress, Anxiety and Adrenaline, but this is by far the most impactful one and only Intro + Day 1!!!I found this Researcher on the Huberman Podcast and thought she had very interesting distinctions. And it's truly in the life-changing distinctions that this book shines.I got this book because I was overwhelmed with Chronic Stress that has spanned on many years that started with getting sick from something else than Covid during the Pandemic and I felt like I was not going back to "Normal". With everything I read so far in the introduction and Chapter 1, I know I'll be getting the best toolbox that is available out there and I've been looking for many years now.If you or anyone in your Life are having a hard time right now coping with Stress, Anxiety or even Depression, get this Book. Easy Read-Big Impact
I ordered this book as a reset for some stress I've been experiencing. I found the author to be engaging while being extremely knowledgable. The writing style was not too heavy in the science but everything she says has a reference in the back of the book! I especially liked all of the guided "activities" at the end of each day/chapter, they were easy to follow and DANG they made a big difference in my life and how I view my stress. This short book can make a huge impact on you, it is definitely worth your time. I even bought one as a gift for a friend!
