I ordered this electrolyte raspberry lemonade and am absolutely 💯 in love with it. The flavor is wayyyy better than I expected it to be. I don't drink alot of fluids and realized I need to as I've been suffering pressure in my head for over 1 yr now, which recently brought me into the er, to find out that I was super dehydrated & I have the right side of my carotid arteri over 80% clogged (I'm going into surgery soon) at age 42 I never really took care of myself whwn it comes to hydration. It comes with a scooper & I use as directed 1 level scoop per 16 oz. I use it in a bottle of water, but u can add it to anything. I've put it in the white cherry gatorade. I never liked gatorade or powerade either til I tried this in there. Just make sure u mix/stir good, as it will settle to the bottom. So if I have it in a water bottle or gatorade bottle I make sure I shake it before every sip. It's made with minerals, and helps with energy, hydration,endurance. This tastes pretty good but is a little too salty. I like to add a scoop to already sweetened sparkling water. I have also mixed a scoop with like 2oz of water and taken it like a shot.Package is easy to open and use. Comes with scoop for measuring.

I'm not a fan of lemonade products but I really wanted to give this product a try. It comes with more servings than most electrolyte products which was nice and it's also Keto friendly, but the raspberry flavor was fairly bland imo. I'm curious about the other flavors though and will definitely give them a try!

For a flavor I don't care for it is quite refreshing. I was surprised the flavor was not strong with the lemon flavoring.

Contains no sugar. Pomegranate flavor is the best. Is part of my daily 2-3x per day to keep out of hospital for mineral deficiencies. Only weird thing is there is always a layer of white powder at the bottom of my cup. No matter how much I stir, or how long it sits, it does not dissolve. It’s pretty expensive but also keeps me out of the hospital so 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love this stuff. I started using it pre workout for energy and hydration and post workout for recovery. This product is quite effective at both. The powder itself is very fine and non-clumping and mixes well in a blender bottle. Also, the taste is great. I usually worry about lemonade flavors being too sour but this one isn't. Will be buying again.

I got this to replenish my electrolytes during this hot weather. This mixes well with water. The taste isnt the greatest but not horrible. All in all it's a pretty good product.

I bought this a few years ago for my trip to Ghana and it was wonderful! I stayed hydrated without any problems. I'm about to do some water fasting and it was one of the first things I thought to use; I'll try to update this rrview afterwards.
