Bought this after trying out the waterpik and i will say this is a great alternative for the price! Comes with so many different options. Battery and water tank last longer than the waterpik. The only thing i would recommend is different water floss pick heads with a longer spout… the one it comes with is a little short and i feel like this is the cause of water splashing easier vs the waterpik one. Still… for the price it’s worth it.

I have been through a few dental flossers big brand and not, and on first impressions I would rate this one highly especially as it's one of the more competitively priced models. It's thoughtfully and ergonomically designed and my teeth feel really clean after use.Here's specifically what I like:1. It only comes with one 'vanilla' replacement head. I don't think anyone uses the many multiple heads provided by other manufacturers - they're just excess pointless plastic.2. It charges with usb c. A cable is provided but no plug. This is a big positive for me - who needs another plug in their life? Or another cable with a bizarre attachment? So yes! Standard for the win!3. The manufacturer thoughtfully provides a spare silicone plug cover.4. It's petite and neat, comes in a choice of colours, and is ergonomic to hold5. The setting for different pressures is good - you can work up to a strong setting if you want / need. (My tip for those with sensitive teeth would be to use body temperature water.)6. The instructions are well-written although I'm not sure I'm a 'professional' as the front of the packet said. Having said that, I have brushed my teeth a lot over the years so I'll take that!Only time will tell if the battery and components will last (I think there's a year guarantee but would hope for a longer use-life). For the moment I am very happy. If it breaks next week I'll come back and edit this!EDIT Just over one month later and it's stopped working. I tried the water in the top trick but no joy. I've reached out to the company so we'll see. I may have to change the star rating.

The way to remove the top is twist it , problem for me was location Of power button. as you can see from the video I kept hitting the power button while I was trying to get the top off and water went everywhere (it was funny) I'm sure overtime I will learn how to open it without pressing those buttons. But it was definitely nice and powerful. I only had it on a level 3.. it held enough water for a through clean of full mouth

I like the quality of the flosser, its design, value for money, simplicity of teeth flossing, pressure modes, rechargeable battery of 2000mAh, 5 different modes of flossing.What I didn’t like is the incorrect marketing about 24 dynamic pressure points, because I didn’t find that in the product box that I received. So that is why 1 star less.
