Simple way to extend the clamps you already have
Useful accessory for when single clamps aren’t long enough.Doesn’t fit heavy clamps

A useful accessory if you have either, Irwin medium or heavy duty clamps.
A really useful accessory that almost doubles the length of your Irwin clamps.First, remove the 2 end stops off of your Irwin clamps by pushing the black button on the bottom. Then clip the new joining piece into the exposed holes at the ends. You will then have a long clamp with a trigger clamp on either end. (Photo 1).Using 2 x 450mm clamps, this will give you a clamp with a new maximum clamping width of 770mm.In practice, they work really well, with no hint of loosening once tightened.Note : These will not work with the Irwin mini clamps. They only work with the medium and heavy duty versions.Irwin clamps are my main clamping system and have never let me down. I'm happily expanding my collection when necessary.Recommended.I hope you found this review helpful.

Not quite universal
Not quite universal, had to drill the holes out on my clamps for the pip-pin to fit.

If you have the clamps already, this is a very cheap sash cramp!
If you have the clamps already, this is a very cheap sash cramp with great adjustment potential. Great design. Nice design touch from a great clamp maker.

Use to have
These work very well and provide flexibility rather than having lots of different sized clamps. I am not sure how they would stand up to full clamping pressure where the correct sized clamp would cope no problem? In saying that they are plenty good enough in most cases for glueing up.

Good idea but poor quality
Good idea poor quality makes it fail first use one of the spring loaded bearing popped out as i assmembled it for use with the bearing hitting my face in its break for freedom nice idea would be better with screw in pins rather than the flimsy pins with the spring liaded bearing to hold in place

Better to have more mid size clamps and have larger ...
Better to have more mid size clamps and have larger just hanging around waiting for the odd job plus it works out cheaper
