Held up surprisingly well with my young girl. Still working and unbroken 4 months later. Very pretty.

Bought for a 2 year old. It comes with small wire lights with sharp edges on every part! They are simply tacked every 4 inches or so. They're wrapped around the wand with tiny bits of hot glue which just came off in my hand while I was getting it out the bag. This is highly unsafe for a toddler! I don't know who's putting on 5 star reviews unless it's the seller and his mates! Please don't buy it you'll be very disappointed. So glad I didn't just wrap it up for Xmas in the bag. My niece would have loved it then we would have had to take it off her!

My 8 year old daughter was so excited when I got her this costume. As soon as she saw it she was excited to put it on. When she put it on she got upset as the lights on the skirt did not work. She was happy with the lights that did work, so the night was not fully wrecked for her.
