FOREST HEAL in Jeju Green Forebiome Hydrating Cream

This Forest Heal brand Green Forebiome Hydrating Cream is a glossy white in color and is rich but very smooth in texture. It absorbs well after a short amount of time and doesn't leave a greasy residue.The cream is fragrance free, alcohol free, and essential oil free. It contains Houttuynia Cordata Extract and aloe for soothing, and Lactobacillus Ferment and Ceramide to strength the skin barrier and skin biome. It works best on dry skin since it contains Coconut Oil and other comedogenic ingredients that could be potential triggers for acne.It's made in Korea. The outer box comes sealed with a sticker, and the tube is sealed with foil under the cap. Both the top seam of the tube and the bottom of the outer box are both clearly marked with the expiration date that is more than two years out.The full ingredient list is printed in English on a label that is affixed over one side of the outer box. I really like this moisturizer more than I thought it would! My skin is very dry and gets irritated easily, so most moisturizers I’ve tried don’t work well with my skin. This moisturizer is moisturizing and calms my skins redness. It is fragrance free which is something I always look for when getting a moisturizer. It has a light scent to it I can’t really describe this scent but it is nice! Overall I’m pleased with this moisturizer and the price

This face mist comes in a foggy clear plastic bottle with a plastic green cap and spray pump. The cap snaps on securely but it’s also very easy to take off which is a plus for my weak hands and wrists. It sprays out a fine clear mist and feels a little cold and refreshing on the face. I first unscrewed the bottle to take a whiff and the strongest scent coming through is the peppermint which I really like. I think the strong peppermint scent is great and reminds me of Christmas, and the mist is good during winter when it’s especially dry out. I do smell maybe a tiny hint of the bergamot underneath the peppermint but I can’t smell any of the lemon peel or rosemary oil that’s in the ingredients. I did 4 sprays about 5” from my face as suggested and i can smell the peppermint while spraying but it quickly disappears, and I didn’t feel any residue left on my face when it was dry.I have dry, sensitive skin, and I had no redness, burning, or any other negative reactions during or after using. From the date of my review, mine has an expiration date of June 2025, or 12 months after opening.

This little tube of lotion is great for both hands and face. It does feel like it “locks in” moisture better than my regular facial moisturizer. It is unscented, which is great. I have not tried to add any oils for either fragrance or extra moisture as suggested; I think it is great the way it is. There is no sunscreen in it so I usually only use it in the evenings, and use my regular SPF lotion during the day. It is not greasy and doesn’t irritate my fairly sensitive skin, but it does leave my face a little shinier than I’d like, but it doesn’t matter for sleep, and could easily be covered up with a little face powder.

Lightweight moisturizer but it didn’t work well on my face. I do like using it as a hand cream though!
