It really comfortable I like its heart in the beginning, but I think that's just my foot muscles getting used to it. I have seen some little improvement in my walking and my arch.4 stars only because I think it could be a little less tighter. I have wide feet and it feels a little tight at times.

Very uncomfortable, moves round when got them on

I could get the right foot on ok and not too bad, but the left was far too tight and hurt when wearing.

The entire design doesn't make sense. It's tight and I'm only Shoe size 6...The padding is something you can buy of the shelf and it's not practical to walk on either.If you have issues with your feet, look elsewhere

Intheorybghese had the potential for great things but in reality that failed as firstly they do not have a specific size listed and way 5oo small for my size Uk 7/EU size 41 feet. Also, I found the pad is actually relating to the wrong foot and the left would be better suited to the right and visa versa just by looking at the shape of the arch of my foot into the relation to the pad. I actually held the opposite pad to each 3qch of my feet and found they would have fit like a glove inside the arch but just a shame the elasticated was way too small and even though I did manage to get both on, they started to turn my feet blue, so needed to be removed promptly.
