Q: Why doesn't it have legal UMF rating but just 'active +' rating? Who verifies 'activity' of y.s. packaged Manuka honey?

Go to this link: https://www.purenewzealandhoney.com/world-good-2/questions/ Active 15+ is just a rating given by the vendor but its not UMF certified. We cant trace the quality of this honey. They say it might just be normal Manuka honey.

The container is glass. Good luck.

Q: If the serving size is 5g (tsp) and there is 250g then shouldn't it be 50 servings? Not 100 as marked..

We just use a regular teaspoon not one for measuring so the dosage is way off. I'm just glad the kids will take it.

Q: Is this product kosher?

Yes. I believe all honey is kosher. The bee doesn't make the honey like cows make milk. Bees intake nectar and from that nectar break it down and make honey which they drop in their honeycombs. So yes this honey is kosher. If it makes you feel more comfortable look for a certified kosher label on the bottle.
