Pros: Looks good, works well with good heat levelsCons: Difficulty pairing wirelessly with my Samsung phone or tablet - abandoned that after several attempts. Eventually got it to pair with hubby's i-phone. Can now be operated rremotely using phone app.Overall: Now it is working as it is supposed to I am very pleased with it as an additional heat source.

This was a Amazon warehouse delivery. It is okay but doesn't warm as much as my cheaper oil heater does.
