I regret ever buying the Ring Spotlight Cam Plus. The device completely stopped working, and what followed has been the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. 12 weeks ago, Ring Support confirmed my device was under warranty and approved a replacement. Since then, I’ve been stuck in an endless cycle of false promises, blatant lies, and zero action.I’ve called twice a week for 12 weeks, only to be told repeatedly that my case has been “escalated” and that my replacement would ship within 48 hours. Guess what? 12 weeks later, I’m still waiting. Their support team is utterly useless – scripted responses, no accountability, and no actual help. Management supposedly approved my replacement weeks ago, yet nothing happens.Ring’s customer support is a joke, their products are cheap and unreliable, and their warranty is completely worthless. Save yourself the frustration—DO NOT BUY RING DEVICES. I certainly never will again.

Absolutely brilliant it was easy to set up great camera views with motion zones settings where you can adjust it to higher sensitivity and frequency mode
