high content of LEAD in this matcha, it is organic, but then again it comes from Chinese tea leaves, from a region tested positive for HIGH LEAD content, do NOT buy. go for Japanese Matcha instead

I have tried Matcha from other providers before, but none offered the quality for the price that Matcha108 provides. It has a nice color, it gets disolved really easily, generates a lot of foam and the taste is really good.I must also mention that the customer service is really good and the fact that part of the revenue goes to a development project in Cambodia only adds more reasons to choose it.

Having tried the Matcha108s 58g matcha before, i've ended up getting the 108g aswell.First Impressions:Once again the presentation and packaging is very nice, similar to the 58g. It comes in a tight resealable package which is great for keeping the matcha fresh. The bag itself is very sturdy, so you can place it on top of your kitchen table and it won't fall over.Unfortunately the product information on the back of the packaging is in German, however I thought Matcha108 put a lot of effort and thought into sending customers an email with a PDF file regarding the matcha preparation in English. The pdf is only 15 pages but provides you with information on how to use the matcha and also 6 exotic recipes that you can follow with details of ingredients and colourful photos.Instructions:The information provided in the PDF is very clear and easy to read. Preparing the matcha is just as simple. All you do is add one gram of matcha powder to approximately 10ml of hot water and stir with a bamboo spoon (or in my case a milk frother which worked just as good). The powder should then dissolve into a tea paste and then poured with 80ml of hot water. Foam it all up with a bamboo spoon (or milk frother) for approximately 15 seconds to let the flavour unfold and your matcha tea is ready to serve.Taste:Once again the taste of the match is brilliant. The powder itself is very fine with a lime green appearance. Im a lover of matcha tea so the taste to me is very nice with no bitterness, unlike other products out there on the market. Matcha108's product is promoted as an organic powder which is reassuring, knowing there are no pesticides in the product.Overall Verdict:This matcha has a very nice taste to it with no bitterness. I personally find it very refreshing especially as a morning wake up drink to ease me into my day. The presentation of the packaging is vey nice and would suit those looking to buy as a gift for friends and family.
