Just the worst
I was hoping these would be a good replacement for my original elbow connectors but they are not. Now it may just be my setup, but they are loud, they leak A LOT, and the air coming into my mark is so turbulent that it kept me up overnight. They are just not a 1 to 1 replacement for the originals.To be clear here... I use very high pressure to sleep. And my machine ramps up over a minute or so. The first 40 seconds, these are "Ok". But once I get to my pressure they are useless. And my machine says I have a bad fit/leak.I would not recommend these for anyone using high pressure.

Overall, it is a good product however, it does still leak air and make noise when using this it’s a good product, but I would recommend that you purchase the original product versus this because you will not like the noise that causes

Works as good as original at much less the cost
I didn't realize that 3 pieces meant 3 separate units. I thought I would be getting 1 unit not 3. This was a pleasant surprise. It is a perfect fit. I have used this for months and have no complaints. There are no hissing issues.
