Need to use inside shoes to protect injured foot. Quality is excellent.

Thick inserts, definitely need to remove your current insoles.

Great for my cavovarus feet! They last about three months. Warning, break in slowly, an hour the first day and add 1-2 hours a day after that. These were recommended to me by a top foot surgeon/specialist in a metropolitan trauma center.

These have really helped keep my feet stable. They have prevented my supination and, when I walk a couple of miles or so, I no longer have foot, ankle or calf pain.

My podiatrist recommended these and they work for the problems of my feet.
