My mum of 86yrs/ dementia saw an advertisement on tv for this and we looked on Amazon for it and she recognised the same pictures so we ordered it straight awayShe absolutely loves it❤️It’s exactly as advertised , and very sturdyBrilliant purchase!!!!!

Great cane. It stands on its own without trouble, which is fantastic. Unlike some other standing folding canes, this one folds in four sections.I got this specifically to replace a similar cane that folds in thirds. That one didn't fit into the storage basket of my rollator unless I collapsed the adjustable height of the handle all the way down, meaning I had to fiddle around with it to adjust it back to the right height every time I took it out. This cane folds in fourths, so I can keep the handle height where I need it, and it still fits easily under the walker seat.It's also great that you can tie it together with the attached strap. Most folding cane's have a hard plastic sleeve to hold the cane in the folded position. The sleeve requires you to line up the cane sections in a straight line when folding the cane, and then find a place to keep it when you unfold the cane. If you lose it, you can't keep the cane folded. The strap is easier to use, and you can't lose it because it stays attached to the cane.The cane itself is a good height. I'm 5'7" and I have it set to the second lowest of four notches.It's sturdy and comfortable to walk with, and the grip padding is soft but firm.Finally, the flashlight: It took a few minutes of fiddling around to get it to turn on for the first time. You have to put the batteries in just right, and screw the cap back just right. But once I got it in position, it worked consistently. It's a good brightness to see at least 10 feet in front of you, but not so bright as to be painful or disruptive. You can adjust the angle to spotlight the ground right in front of you or to see further ahead.I wish it came in more colors, but otherwise it's just about perfect.

I bought this item for myself as I was unable to walk after my hospital visit. Dr. Advised me to try using the walking aid to improve my sturdiness in my legs. Since I am using it, I feel lot better . Thanks for Amazon.

This cane, Big Alex, is lasting longer than the first one that I bought. The bottom fell off after about 3 months. I must have bought a defective one the first time.

The stick is good. Only drawback is not stable when it is placed vertical.
