Cheap phone simple and easy to use

Phone is almost unusable. Sound quality is horrendous and don’t even try connect headphones to make it easier for elderly people to make phone calls. Phone keeps cutting out so again, when said elderly person is using it, it cuts out and they don’t know how to fix it. 0/10 would not recommend. You are also unable to contact the seller.

Four months in and it's stopped working.

I bought this for my 89 year old mother who is struggling to use a phone anymore. (I’ve bought and returned several phones)This one has an amazing function ‘SOS’ when you press the button you don’t have to even unlock the phone to use it.I put 4 main numbers in the SOS function. All Mum has to do is press the red button to get through to me. If I don’t answer , it then calls the other numbers in turn until someone answers. And it sends a message to the unanswered numbers to let you know she’s called.Pretty impressive and the bonus is she can use it 👏Only negative - the instructions are rubbish.

Das Produkt wird mit einem 2. Akku angeboten. In der Originalverpackung befand sich nur ein Akku allerdings mit höherer Leistung. Ziehe trotzdem keinen Stern ab weil das Gerät ansonsten super ist. Einfach zu bedienen. Schnell zu instalieren. Menü sehr übersichtlich und leicht verständlich umzusetzen. Behalte ich. War ein Geschenk zum Muttertag. Gut angekommen. Brauchte der neuen Besitzerin auch nicht viel zu erklären. Im Bedarfsfall würde ich es gern wieder kaufen. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
