Anatomicals Sleep Blam, Cruising for a Snoozing 20 g

I tried this as I've heard good things about it, but unfortunately all it did for me was give me a headache and no sleep..

Doesn't seem to do much, sadly. Smells a bit and smooth on fine but wears off very fast.

I love this stuff! For me it genuinely makes a hell of a difference. I've always had a tough time falling asleep and I now use this nightly and it works a charm. It won't be the perfect solution for everyone, but I think for the sake of a couple of quid it's definitely worth a go!

Didn't feel like it helped at all. Just a nice smell, nothing more
