This is a 3X. Fit perfect in my opinion. I'm 5'6", 230lbs. I love that the sleeves are cut like they are so It's not so binding or hot. Perfect length for my height too. Fabric is a bit thin but again, to me it was perfect and less warm. I ordered the hat separately.

For the price this was very nice quality. Looks great. Was exactly what I wanted for a Harry Potter themed party.
