HotterMen's Relax Slip-on Faux Fur Leather Slipper Shoe Standard G Fit

I was a bit worried about the fit of these slippers as they are lined with synthetic fur and I take size 9 or 9.5 shoes depending on the manufacturer. In the end I ordered size 9 and I am really pleased with the fit. They are so comfortable and well made - with excellent support and a thick heel. No worries about venturing down the garden in them. The leather uppers clean up nice and have not scuffed so far. I have many shoes and boots bought from Hotter - but thought their slippers were a bit too dear and so after research I ordered a pair of the same from Amazon for £15 less - a bargain. If you want good sturdy slippers (without a paper thin sole) I would recommend these.

Looks to be quite a well made slipper but time will tell. At the price I would expect them to last a good while.

These’s are excellent slippers my son in-law will not wear any others very comfortable and hard wearing with a good sole on them

The first slippers ordered from this brand although 2 or 3 pairs of shoes were previously purchased over a period of time. The brand is British and they claim UK manufacture. Probability is they are constructed to a certain standard rather than down to a price level.The "Hotter Men's Relax Slipper" is apparently available only in two shades, a medium-dark tan and a very deep brown. The uppers are leather and the sole unit is a moulded thermoplastic-rubber, similar to that used on some of their shoe designs. Although sole patterns vary, the materials used appear to be identical making comparisons realistic. The Hotter shoes most often worn are showing little or no major signs of sole wear after at least two years (purchased pre-COVID).Pricing is within the same range as many of their men's shoes. Hotter often feature a removable second inner sole with some shoe designs which, when removed, allows a slightly looser fit and increased comfort. The insole is removable but it is very thick and substantial, especially at the heel, and intended to be a permanent and essential feature. Pre-delivery impressions were that they were fully Sherpa-lined but, where it exists, it is thin and there is none on the insole. With partial linings, they should be considered to be all-season rather than winter wear.These slippers, other than function, have very little in common with the great majority available from most sellers which are cheaply made, probably as they are expected to have a wear life of a few weeks or months and then replaced. These should last years!

Excellent to replace a peviously badly stained pair.

Very comfortable, true to size, and good value at the current price. I like that they are sturdy enough to slip on without breaking down the back of the slipper with your heel. The sole is robust, and totally waterproof, just in case!I now have two pairs of these, and I am very pleased with them. Should you buy a pair, you will not regret it.
