Helped me so much
I constantly get cramps and/or bloating and have to use a heating pad constantly. This product is AMAZING because I can wear it everywhere I go and not have to be "plugged in" at a specific spot. I am very happy to be able to travel with this instead of having to pack my much larger heating pads as well.NOTE: this item does NOT come with the battery packs. You must purchase a portable battery separately!! I didn't realize this until after it came in so I am hoping this helps someone else!

Missing battery
I ordered this item twice, it was on sale and had a lot of reviews so I wanted to try it out. First one did not come with the battery so I reordered it, second also did not come with a battery.
