Useless
No tying tool included. Balloons wouldn’t stay inflated. There should be something included to help inflate - Was a nightmare to do with a straw. Completely useless product

It's a good product but there was one less heart in the package, we have ordered it to welcome the baby at home and didn't have time to change. However the seller should check if they are sending full items or not.
