Pros:Great flavor, helps with pain relief I use it before going to bed (3) average. The melatonin (in product ) helps with sleep. For someone w/ insomnia, I spend a lot of money trying to find a sleeping alternative to rx pills. I was spending over $100 a month on CBD & THC gummies. Finally, I decided to search Amazon for HEMP sleep gummies & came across these. I’ve been using for about a week or so now & these are AWESOME!! I take to every night & about 30 mins later....I’m out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these if you have trouble sleeping. The price is incredible for what you get. Will definitely be sticking with this brand & ordering through Amazon!!! They also taste great & help alittle with my RA pain. I mainly take for sleep but I’m sure with a higher dose they’d help a lot more w/ my RA pain.

It relaxes you. and taste great. If you are looking for pain relief it does not work .It did not. I had a total knee replacement 13 yrs. ago and 2 revisions. The last was in 2019. It did not help the pain. I wish it did. Next time I will try a stronger one. They do help me sleep and taste great. Would buy again.

Flavor is not bad but they relax me.
