Happy with the plates although one came broken. How do we go about getting a replacement?Thanks

Very heavy but quite sturdy..

Whilst these plates appear to be good value for money, of the 6 plate set, the glaze on three of the plates is faulty.

Had to return them as too small. But nether the less good quality plates for a child.

I think these plates are the perfect size for a Sunday dinner. Being oval they fit nicely in the dishwasher with the upper basket at the lower setting to give enough room for tall glasses. (They look really good and modern compared to my similar sized old oval plates, which have lasted over 30 years without any chips).They are described as "Oven, Microwave and dishwasher safe", so imagine my disappointment when I saw one chipped when taking it out of the dishwasher. I certainly won't be chancing the remaining plates in the oven. I will now be one plate down for Christmas lunch so will have to use one of my old ones as there will be six of us eating.

For Christmas dinner but 2 plates were broken

Great size plates. Removed 2 stars though because the packaging was rubbish & 2 plates arrived smashed.I would of returned them but I needed them urgently. Luckily I was left with the correct amount of plates.

Replacement box of plates, there were also 3 broken. 😡
