I sized down based on the comments. My daughter is a 1 so I ordered a 13. Wow! They still fit her big. I should have ordered a 12. The shoes themselves are lovely and I will have to buy insoles to make them fit since she needs them for a formal event. I do NOT want to go through the trouble of exchanging. Overall, the shoes are beautiful but you definitely need to order 2 sizes down.

These shoes are very cute and exactly what we wanted. But, I ordered them for my 8 year old granddaughter who wears a size 3. They were huge on her, she couldn't even keep them on her feet. I wear a 7,5 and they fit me perfectly. I read several others who ordered 2 sizes down but even that would be way too big. I'm returning them due to the sizing.
