stays sharp
Despite what I had read online this has stayed sharp after heavy use. If you need to make flush cuts I would recommend.

Burns instead of cuts, good in a pinch otherwise not recommended
Needed to fit laminate flooring in an old house and removing the skirting was not an option since it was pretty much fused to the wall and plaster and I didn't fancy re-plastering. So I needed to undercut all the skirting boards and a proper jamb saw was too expensive for an occasional DIYer like me. Then I saw the Dremel DSM20 and flush cut blades, thought Iād try that (managed to pick it up cheap thankfully, the design is awful). With a new blade, "cuts" were effortless and easy to keep in a straight line. It made clean "cuts" of the skirting board although it smells and looks like these blades burn through the wood opposed to cutting regardless of how slow you go. Looking at the design of the blade, seems like it's designed to be that way. There's no cutting teeth on the disc, just some rough material around the edge of the cutting disc to burn / grind it's way through. It made light work of the skirting boards but the blades do not last anywhere near long enough, especially for the cost. It took me 3 blades to cut around 50m of skirting, and the last few meters took some effort to get the blade to finish what it started as I refused to buy a 4th.In the end, it would have been cheaper for me to rent a jamb saw or pick one up second hand. The tool itself and blades are maybe good for light hobby work and nothing else. Good in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend. The tool and blades are just poorly designed, limited in use, and the replacement blades 10x more expensive than they should be considering how quickly they blunt.

Blunted quickly
I bought this flush cut blade for trimming the bottom off of some skirting. It was great going through the wood, but the nature of what I was using it for meant that sometimes it cut into the plaster behind the skirting. This blunted it quickly to the point that it burnt the wood as there was little abrasive left on the blade. Should have brought two, and been more careful with the second one!

good cut
This is needed if you want to cut angles makes light work of wood and upvc but would be better if it came with saw max

Not as flush as you might hope
I bought this, as I was tired of calculating the distance between the Dremel guide and the cutting point/line, which is offset. This 'flush' blade is still slightly offset, but the cutting point/line is harder to calculate, I have gone back to the standard off-set plunge cutter.
