Wonderful mat
I have used this for rolling out pastry on and making flowers out of gumpaste for a wedding cake and it's brilliant. Neither the paste or the pastry stuck to it. It's a good size too. I'm very pleased with it and may by another.

Hard to clean
The media could not be loaded. I used this mat twice only for chips and fish fingers approx 15 mins and I t has stains already I can imagine how it will look after couple of months ( I did soak it in warm soapy water no difference)

Este tapete de fibra da SIlkmart é excelente.. tao bom quanto o mais famoso da Silpat e mais barato! Bemmm mais barato

Bereits die 2. davon gekauft. Perfekt für Ofengemüse, Backen. Alles was man macht lässt sich im Anschluss mühelos runter nehmen und das Beste, einfach in den Geschirrspüler packen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
