Durable, readable, stylish; this watch has become my favorite G-Shock (I own 12)

This is the watch I now use when I am riding my motorcycle. Light and durable, quite easy to read the dial while riding.

I just love this Casio G Shock. Great design and the positive display makes time telling much easier for my old eyes, ha ha. Very well built and built for a life time. Great style and great buy.

Great watch. The contrasting colors make it easier to read compared to the other 2100s. For those wondering, the lug width on the straps is 21mm. I put on a 20mm strap and used the 21mm spring bars, it looks fine until I get a 21mm strap.

I wear this watch 4-5 Days a week mixed with another Casio. I absolutely love this watch. It matches great with khaki pants and just about anything. You can dress it up or dress it down. The band it comes with is average. It is hard to get the watch to that perfect fit. It is either too loose or just too snug which is how I end up wearing it. Band is cheap but the watch looks great on the wrist. Even though the band isn't the greatest, still deserves 5 stars!

This is a great model. I hope to see more NATO straps on Casio G-Shock. This model feels like a military field watch and is now my everyday carry. Highly recommended!

I love Gshocks but they are too large for my sub-7 inch wrist so I've been on the hunt for a metal Gshock that works. I bought the GSTB400-1A and that was great, but legibility was sometimes an issue. Then I found the metal Casioak series and fell in love with multiple color ways. I bought the midnight release and it was nice, but a bit too pink/purple so I waited. When this beauty was announced in February, I had to have it.As soon as it came to the states, I placed my order. Received it today and have been loving it.Pros: Metal Casioak, silver bezel with black dial (maximum contrast), positive display, back lighting, strong lume, nice fabric band (giving it a very young, hip, but manly look)...10/10Cons: Retainer on the fabric band is a bit janky.Would like in next version: Make it solar. Don't care about BT. Already have both in my GSTB400-1A and BT feature isn't needed.I did a YT review of it called "Best-looking metal Casioak thus far". Check it out if you'd like more information. Here’s what I like:-It’s a G-shock, that places it among the sturdiest most trouble free watches on the planet.-This one is stainless steel. It looks cool and provides an extra measure of strength and durability and considering that it’s already a bombproof G-shock makes it that much more impressive.-The analog face is super easy to readWhat I don’t like:-The day of the week indicator is tiny and very hard to see. Even with my best glasses on I have trouble seeing it. It needs to be larger.-The nylon, NATO style strap is pretty bad.The stainless steel keepers slide freely on the strap which allows the tag end of the strap to become untucked and then it flops around loosely. That makes me feel sloppy and like the watch will catch on things.I will have to purchase another strap.Overall, I like this watch I enjoy having it but it’s not inexpensive considering that it has only basic features and what really sets it apart from other G-shocks is that its case is stainless steel.So, it is a nice watch but it could be better.

La combinación de colores, mejora mucho la visibilidad, se ven muy bien los que son de un solo tono y que tienen pantallas color negro... pero he leído otras opiniones y varios confirman que tarde o temprano dificulta la lectura de la información... en plena luz del sol siempre es difícil visualizar los de pantalla negra... muy cómodo, ni muy grande ni muy chico... excelente reloj... es Gshock y lo más importante... es Casio. Esta difícil que falle....
