I have used this product multiple times because the stretch feels good on my neck. I think it works as intended.

This is fantastic! It really stretches out your neck and helps move your spine back into the correct position. It is helping alleviate headaches.

I like it there isn't any instructions but you lay your neck on the blue thing with the side the bumps are on. You'll know if your neck is in the right position because you'll almost feel like a stretch all the way down your back a good feel. I lay like that every day for about 5-10mins depending on comfort. Seems to help keep my spine in line and prevent that hump. Simple tool but it does it job

Simple and very effective. When I first tried to rest my head down on this thing, my muscles are so tight, I couldn’t. I would suggest a towel or pull your hoodie up.. after a while I could relax and right away you feel that gentle pull that is like magic. With just the natural weight perfectly shifted, it gives me a ton of relief! I love this thing!
